Guide Purpose : Upload File with Link via Synology NAS
指南目的 : 公共网络资料上载指南及邀约方式
Initial basic info requirement / 初始前的基本资料需求 ：
- Synology NAS Web link / 群晖科技伺服器页面链接
- Web Link Login ID and Password / 页面用户登入名及密码
PART 1 ： Create Upload Folder and Invitation Link
第一部分 ： 创建上载资料夹及创建链接
- Input Synology web link in any browser , login with ID and Password >>> http://xxxxxx:portid
使用游览器及输入伺服器页面链接地址, 登入用户名及密码 >>> http://xxxxxx:portid
- Click on “File Station” >>> select a Folder to create subfolder >>> Click “Create” >>> select “Create Folder” >>>Input your preferable Folder Name
点击”File Station” >>> 选择一个文件夹>>>点击“create” >>> 点击“create folder” >>> 输入个人想创建的子文件夹名称
- Select the created sub Folder, right click select “create file request”
选择刚创建的子文件夹，点击滑鼠右键， 点击 “create file request”
- Click On Validity Period and input necessary expiry date or number of time to access the web link
点击 “ validity Period” , 根据个人需求输入链接启用时效及登入次数
Optional : Select “Enable Password Protection” to protect the upload link
选配项目：如有必要为链接创建密码保护可启动 ” Enable Password Protection”
Optional : Input Message to Uploader or any reminder
选配项目：填写需要注明的讯息给上载者
Copy the “ Link” path and send to recipient. Creation Done
拷贝“链接“后可发给客户端。 创建完成.
PART 2 ： End User Upload Process
第二部分 ： 用户端上载过程
- Launch internet browser, Input Web Link
启动游览器，输入链接
Input Password， If any
如果密码保护被启动，请输入密码
- End User can consider drag file into the drop off box or click Add Files to upload. After that, input the uploader name。 Mission Completed.
用户端可考虑使用资料拖放方式或者点击 “ Add File ”方式上载资料。接着 输入上载者的名字。任务完成。
PART 3 ： How to Edit or Amend the upload link
第三部分 ： 如何编辑或修改上载链接
- From File Station, Select the folder created with link >>> click “tools” >>> Click on “Shared Links Manager”
All the created Web Link will be listed in the Shared Links Manager, select the Links that you wish to delete or edit to make amendment
点击 “File Station”, 选择链接创建的文件夹， 点击”Tools” >>> 点击”shared Links Manager””
被创建的链接会被显示在 “Shared Links Manager” , 选着连接后即可修改或删除
